We separate cream from our supply of farm fresh milk. Using our advanced technology we can spray dry the cream on many carriers such as lactose, nonfat dry milk, maltodextrin, or corn syrup. This creates beautiful, white, free flowing powders with increased shelf life and easier product handling than traditional liquid cream.
We have your cream ingredient just the way you want it. We carry a number of standard sweet or sour cream powders that will meet a wide variety of fat and acidity levels. We can offer powders up to 72% cream or sour creams from mild to incredibly tart.
